Your team spends too much time keeping AWS running
Senior engineers spend too much time on AWS operations, patching, troubleshooting and routine maintenance instead of product delivery. As the environment grows, operational overhead starts competing directly with engineering capacity.
Incidents are still reactive
Monitoring may be in place, but alerts still lead to manual investigation and unclear ownership. Without defined incident response, escalation paths and proactive observability, small issues can quickly become service disruptions.
AWS costs keep growing
AWS spend increases without clear ownership, cost allocation or continuous optimization. Idle resources, oversized workloads and unmanaged commitments make cloud costs harder to predict and reduce.
Security relies on manual checks
IAM reviews, patching, configuration checks and security controls depend too heavily on manual processes. Over time, configuration drift and inconsistent guardrails increase the risk of security gaps across the AWS environment.
Infrastructure knowledge lives with a few people
Critical knowledge about architecture, deployments and incident history is concentrated in a small number of engineers. Without documented runbooks, Infrastructure as Code and repeatable processes, operations become harder to scale and more dependent on individuals.
Scaling the platform feels increasingly risky
Every new workload, environment or market adds more infrastructure and operational complexity. Without standardized AWS architecture, automation and repeatable deployment patterns, scaling increases risk instead of creating leverage.
Monitoring & incident response
Service health, alerting, triage, escalation and runbook-driven response across production workloads.
Patch, backup & recovery
Patch governance, automated backups, retention controls, restore testing and recovery readiness.
Security & compliance
GuardDuty, Security Hub, IAM hardening, WAF, logging and continuous configuration controls.
Cloud FinOps & optimization
Cost allocation, rightsizing, commitment planning, anomaly detection and continuous optimization.
Infrastructure as Code

Why GOStack
One team across the whole AWS lifecycle.
The audit asks for differentiated expertise in designing, building and managing AWS workloads. This is the operating model behind the practice.

IaC & GitOps by default
Changes are reviewable, repeatable and auditable instead of living in engineers’ heads.
AI-assisted operations
GOStack’s AWS DevOps Agent reduced infrastructure review time by 40% and diagnostics time by 80%.
FinOps inside operations
Cost is treated as an operational signal — monitored and improved alongside reliability and security.
AWS-recognized expertise
AWS Advanced Tier Partner with DevOps and AI Services competencies, plus ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

From Black Box to Full Control
We were using a third-party RAG. It was limited, nothing we could modify. GOStack built us a system we actually own and can grow with. This has opened up new possibilities and our clients can now self-serve.

What does AWS managed services mean in practice?
GOStack takes day-to-day ownership of your AWS estate — monitoring, incidents, changes, security, backups and cost — so your team can focus on the product. You get a named operating model, SLAs, and a continuous improvement backlog instead of a ticket queue.
Can you manage an AWS environment you did not build?
Yes. We start with an assessment of architecture, risk, observability and process, then take operational responsibility with a defined onboarding plan. You do not need to have been a GOStack build customer.
Do you support fully managed and co-managed models?
Yes. Fully managed, co-managed, and on-call advisory. We match the model to your internal team instead of forcing a generic MSP overlay.
How do security and compliance fit into the service?
Security operations, backup, identity and change control sit inside the managed service. We operate to ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and align with AWS Well-Architected and your compliance needs.
Is FinOps included?
Yes. Cost is treated as an operational signal — monitored, reviewed and improved alongside reliability and security, not as a separate afterthought.
How are service levels and response times defined?
Service levels, escalation paths and response commitments are agreed in the proposal and written into the operating model — SLA-defined for managed models, engagement-defined for advisory.
Can you modernize the platform before managing it?
Yes. Design, build and manage sit in one team. We can land a platform, harden it, then take it into steady-state operations — or modernize in parallel with the managed service.
